Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or customized products (e.g., engraved items) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
    • Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Reluxe is not responsible for items lost during the return process.


Refund Policy

  • Inspection and Approval:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error, the refund may be denied.

  • Store Credit Option:
    If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the value of the item instead of a direct refund.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@ecoreluxe.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or other details to process a replacement or refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@ecoreluxe.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
