- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days.

- Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Note: Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Personalized items may require an additional 3–5 business days for engraving or customization.
Local Delivery & Pickup
- Local Delivery: Available for customers in select areas within the Algarve region. Delivery fees and estimated times will be calculated at checkout.
- Local Pickup: You may collect your order from our workshop by selecting this option at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship worldwide but may have restrictions on certain regions due to carrier limitations.
- Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, so please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
